Firstly, I just really enjoyed being able to forget about what was on my mind for a short moment in time and truly relax, focusing on listening to your voice and concentrating on my breathing. I usually find creative activities stressful, so immediately I get anxious over these kinds of activities, but in your sessions I was able to have a good laugh with the others around me (particularly about my non-artistic abilities) as I felt safe and comfortable! You have a wonderful way of helping people to relax and appreciate what they have.
